二 | 　　通报称，经查，8月11日上午，中西医结合学院辅导员杜某在解答学生教材选购咨询时情绪失控、言语失当，对部分学生及家长造成了伤害，暴露出学校在辅导员教育管理上的问题。我们深感自责愧疚，已对该辅导员予以严肃批评教育，并责令其在年级QQ群公开致歉。下一步，学校将以此为鉴、举一反三，全面加强教师队伍教育管理，努力提高学生服务工作水平，坚决杜绝类似情况再次发生。
