二 | 居民在政策实施期内新办理的上述信用卡分期业务且于政策实施期内生成的各期账单，经银行识别消费真实性、合规性后，可按规定享受贴息。信用卡账单分期以外的信用卡分期贴息政策实施期为2026年8月1日至2026年12月31日。8月1日到政策发布日之间已经办理的信用卡分期业务，可以联系银行申请补贴息。　　多家银行信用卡分期贴息不需要单独签订协议　　大部分银行明确，之前已经签署过个人消费贷款财政贴息服务协议和信用卡账单分期财政贴息规则及服务约定的客户，自动适用最新贴息政策，不需要重新签订协议。但是也有银行表示需要签署补充协议。　　虚假消费等违规行为将被追回贴息资金　　多家银行还明确，对信用卡使用过程中存在欺诈、虚假消费、资金流入非消费领域或国家有关政策规定的其他违法违规行为，按规定不予财政贴息，对已享受财政贴息的，银行有权以适当方式扣减或追回贴息资金。另外，办理个人消费贷款和信用卡分期贴息银行不会额外收取服务费用，客户要谨防各种形式的诈骗，保障财产和信息安全。（文章来源：券商中国）。
